Lauren Susan Richardson, 31, passed away suddenly on Friday, February 18, 2022. Born on October 19, 1990 in Washington, DC, she is the daughter of John Richardson and Susan Richardson. Lauren completed her studies at the College of Southern Maryland and was a Registered Nurse. She was nominated into the national society of leadership due to her high honors and outstanding GPA. Lauren was continuing her education at Stevenson University working on her BSN degree. She loved animals and would often take in strays that she would come across. In addition to her parents, Lauren is survived by her brother Colin Richardson, Sister Tracie Hoy; grandmother Shirley Sindelar; several aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Predeceased by her grandparents Elizabeth and Leo Golden, grandfather John Richardson Sr, uncle Stephen MacMillan, and aunt Joann MacMillan. A visitation will be held on Friday, March 4, 2022 from 11AM until time of service at 1PM at the Raymond Funeral Service, P.A., 5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, Maryland 20646. Interment to follow the service at Trinity Memorial Gardens, 3221 Mattawoman-Beantown Road, Waldorf, Maryland 20601.
