Ishmael Dean
Ishmael dean : I’m ashamed I’m late hearing this news and deeply saddened , I just wanted to make sure I offer my condolences to the Cunningham family . Artell was truly a great, kind and caring individual. I remember when I first met him at Carroll manor when I was 14 or 15 doing activities . I said man I got competition Artell had Jordan’s I had nikes but when I met him it was clear I had an ally and Someone who shared the same passion for activities. I remember taking residents outside I thought I was a big shot I bought two residents out I was happy just doing that . Until I seen artel or “Tell’ I would call him … he showed up with 5 residents and was not only outside with them but bought them down on his own unassisted. I couldn’t believe it …I knew there on I had to bring my A game… fast word I had a short stint working with him at Deanwood but even there I could always see Artell Cunningham was kind and caring individual and I only wish I reach out to my friend more ..
Family you are in my prayers , and I will always remind people and the world of how much Artell cared and was a compassionate individual
