Carol Jean Sallie's Obituary
Carol Jean Sallie, 70, of La Plata, Maryland, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, January 25, 2025.
Born on August 20, 1954, in Rockville, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Alice Urciolo.
Carol dedicated her career to healthcare, working as a Patient Account Representative at what is now known as the University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center in La Plata.
Carol had a love for traveling and antiquing, always enjoying the thrill of finding hidden treasures and exploring new places.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband and childhood sweetheart, Darrel Sallie.
She is survived by her daughters, Dawn Sallie of Hawaii and Tina Sallie of Florida; as well as her cherished grandchildren: Mackenzie, Leighlin, Julianna, Olivia, Caleb, and Dali.
Service and Interment will be held on Thursday, February 6, 2025 at Trinity Memorial Gardens, 3221 Mattawoman-Beantown Road, Waldorf, MD 20601 at 1PM.
