Dorothy Jean Beall's Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Dorothy Jean Beall. Dorothy was born on August 18, 1961, to Jarrett Melvin Alvey and Mary Helen (Cargill) Alvey in St. Mary's County, Maryland.
Dorothy is survived by her husband of 34 wonderful years, Robert Leo Beall, daughter Rebecca Krebs of Calvert County, MD, her brothers; Jarrett Alvey of Preston, Maryland, Kenneth Alvey of Hollywood, Maryland, her sisters; Delores (DeeDee) Dorsey of Sarasota, Florida, Margaret Alvey of Raleigh, North Carolina, and Linda Thomas of White Plains, Maryland, sister-in-law’s; Debbie Meredith Alvey, Janet Oliver and Terrie Verna. Dorothy also leaves behind her beloved pets Henry, Boomer, CeeCee, Roscoe, and Peanut. She was predeceased by her brothers Eddy Cargill and Bernad Alvey. She was known as Ma-Ma or Grandma to so many special people in her life. They all brought great joy to her.
Dorothy had a passion for fishing, drag racing, spending time with family and friends, blue crabs, and country music.
The family will receive friends and family to celebrate Dorothy on December 12, 2024, at Brinsfield Funeral Home in Charlotte Hall, MD, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Graveside service will be held at Trinity Memorial Gardens 3221 Mattawoman Beantown Rd. Waldorf, MD 20601 after the service.
