Elonore Papadakis' Obituary
Eleonore Papadakis, 78, of Brandywine, Maryland passed away at her home in Brandywine, Maryland on February 28, 2019.
She was born on 23 August 1940 in Wetzlar, Germany. Nora worked, and retired from NASA Goddard Space Center as a Data Analyst.
She enjoyed outdoor activities such as mushroom hunting, fishing, and camping. She loved bird watching, especially hummingbirds, which she fed all winter. She loved the companionship of her dogs, Bucky and Tink.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Erna and Ernest Mosteller, and granddaughter, Jacinta Papadakis.

Lovingly referred to as “Auntie NoNo”, we will miss Nora’s true warmth, generosity, humor... and her thick, beautiful, and often comedic German accent.

Memorial contributions may be made to Sugar Faces Rescue online at www.sugarfacesrescue.org or mailed to P. O. Box 1550, Lexington Park, Maryland 20653. This is an organization that rescues senior dogs abandoned in the Southern Maryland area that Eleonore took to heart in the past year.
