Frances Mae Grazier's Obituary
Frances Mae Grazier, 85 of Pomfret, Maryland, passed away on May 4, 2016.
Born on December 29, 1930 in Bradbury Heights, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Marion Ridgeway Beach and the late Robert Henry Beach. Fran worked as a daycare provider for a short time, but she devoted most of her life to being a loving wife and mother. She loved camping, gardening and canning, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Robert Lee Grazier, Sr., her children Robert (Cathy) Grazier, Jr., of Englewood, Florida, Martie McKenzie and Judy Rice, both of Waldorf, Sharon Grazier of Arlington, Virginia and Kenneth (Katie) Grazier of Lusby; 5 grandchildren; 4 step-grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 2 brothers and 1 sister. She is preceded in death by her parents, 4 sisters and 5 brothers.
Friends received on Thursday, May 12, 2016 from 2-4PM and 6-8PM at Raymond Funeral Service Chapel, 5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, Maryland 20646 and where funeral services will be held on Friday, May 13, 2016 at 11 AM. Interment to follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens, 3221 Mattawoman-Beantown Road, Waldorf, Maryland 20601.
