Frances Josephine Kisner's Obituary
Frances Josephine Kisner, 87, a one year resident of Benedict, formerly of Rehoboth Beach, DE, died Friday, August 11, at Calvert County Nursing Center after a long struggle with dementia.
She was born on February 7, 1936 to the late Benjamin Morton and Agnes Louise Tayman in Brandywine, MD and graduated from Frederick Sasscer High School in Upper Marlboro, MD.
She was a homemaker most of her life. She enjoyed antiquing, cooking, caring for her pets, and spending time with her family.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Stanley Kisner; three brothers, Ellsworth Scoby Tayman, Charles Tayman, and David Tayman; one sister, Virginia Amberger; and 4 half-brothers; and one-half sister.
She is survived by one son, Charles Gary Kisner of Benedict; one daughter, Deborah Lynn McAdams of Salisbury;two grandsons, Gary Kisner and Owen McAdams; three granddaughters, Megan Kisner, Lauren McAdams, and Paige McAdams; two sisters, Grace Cottrill and Mary Knodle; one brother, Joseph Tayman; and six great-grandchildren.
The Life Celebration for Frances will be held at the Huntt Funeral Home, 3035 Old Washington Rd., Waldorf, MD on Friday, August 25 at 1:00 p.m. Burial will be held a Trinity Memorial Gardens directly after.
