HAMPTON NEIL DOVE JR's Obituary
Hampton Neil (Neil) Dove, Jr., passed away on November 21, 2025, in Charles Town, WV. Neil was a native son of Prince George's County, MD, where he lived during his childhood and again following service in the U.S. Navy, where he proudly served during the Vietnam era. He also served proudly as a Firefighter/Medic in Fairfax County, VA, from which he retired as a Lieutenant Medic. Neil was beloved by many, always extending a helping hand to others. He is preceded in death by his parents, Hampton Neil (Buddy) Dove, Sr., and Marie Olive (Stowe) Dove, as well as his uncle and aunt George L. Myers, Jr. and Nancy L. (Stowe) Myers. He is survived by a sister, Deborah Dove of Lothian, MD and a beloved cousin Georgia L. Myers-Johnson of Monroe, NC. Neil's remains are interred at Trinity Memorial Gardens, Waldorf, MD.
