Howard Lee DeBord Sr's Obituary
Howard Lee DeBord, Sr., age 83, of Waldorf, MD died on December 12, 2018 in La Plata, MD.
Howard was born in Marytown, West Virginia and moved to Maryland as a child. He was a Road Maintenance Engineer for over 20 years with Prince George’s County’s Department of Public Works.
Howard is preceded in death by his parents, William and Rosie DeBord; his son, Timothy DeBord; and brothers, William “Billy” DeBord and Charlie DeBord.
He is survived by his son, Howard DeBord, Jr.; daughter, Christina Flynn; brothers, James DeBord and Clarence DeBord; sisters, Ella Morgan and Josie Kramer; and five grandchildren, Kaitlyn Nichols, Matthew Flynn, SeNora Langston, Madalynn DeBord, and Malia DeBord.
A visitation for Howard will be held at Raymond Funeral Chapel in La Plata, MD on Wednesday, December 26, 2018 from 9:30AM until the time of service at 11AM. Pallbearers will be James DeBord, Clarence DeBord, George Farmer, Matthew Flynn, and David Flynn. Interment will follow the service at Trinity Memorial Gardens in Waldorf, MD.
