At ONI, Janice had a sweet smile and a kind word for everyone. The Captain nick-named her Crash cause she liked to take corners kinda close on her motorized scooter. She was so nice, people would go see her for a good word when they needed a boost. God bless you Janice and your family. May you rest in heavenly peace.
Janice and I bumped heads a lot when I first started working at ONI and then we became the best of friends. Her little buggy had a license plate on it named "Hot Momma" and before she retired, I saw her in the hallways and I told her I was going to give her the ride of her life and grabbed the back of her little buggy and went running down the hall pushing her buggy. When we got to her office she said Renee that was the best ride I had in a long, long time. Rest in Heaven Janice!
I worked with Janice for many years before we both move to ONI. She was a wonderful friend and coworker. She will be missed.
