John Caloway Bradberry's Obituary
John Caloway Bradberry, 93 of Nanjemoy, Maryland passed away August 30, 2016 at Genesis Waldorf Center.
John was a Veteran of the United States Army, having served during World War II and a retired courier with Naval Intelligence Department of Defense. He was a long-time member of Marbury Baptist Church. He liked playing horseshoes, back yard picnics, and family gatherings. He also enjoyed his new cars.
He was the son of Clyde William Bradberry and Mary Alice Crotty Bradberry. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his two wives, Dorothy Bradberry and Gloria Bradberry; his son, John Bradberry; his daughter, Peggy Bradberry.
He is survived by his daughters, Karen Creel and husband Lewis, Debbie Kalnoskas and husband Denis, and Joyce Hansen; daughter-in-law, Denise Galbo; and his sister, Alice Lester. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
Friends received on Thursday, September 1, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-8PM and where Funeral Services will be held on Friday, September 2, 2016 at 11AM at Raymond Funeral Chapel, 5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, Maryland 20646. Interment with full Army Honors at Trinity Memorial Gardens, 3221 Mattawoman-Beantown Road, Waldorf, Maryland 20601.
