Judy McKeever's Obituary
Judy McKeever 80 of Indian Head, MD passed away on November 18, 2023 in Welcome, MD.
Judy was born on June 23, 1943 in Washington, DC to the late Herbert and Athey Sandy. She is also predeceased by her husband, Charles McKeever; brothers, Herbert Sandy, Jesse Sandy and Leonard Sandy; sisters, Joan Hill and Lucille Simpson.
Judy is survived by her son, Robert Cooper, Jr. (Debbie); grandson Jonathan Cooper (Sara); granddaughter, Christina Vigorito (Matthew); great grandchildren, Lily Cooper, Landon Hubbard and Lauren Hubbard; brother, William Sandy. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Judy retired from the Federal Government 1997. She enjoyed her grandchildren and her great grandchildren and looked forward to the time playing with Lily. She also loved watching baseball and shopping.
The family will receive friends on Monday November 27, 2023 from 4 to 7 PM at the Arehart-Echols Funeral Home (211 St. Mary’s Ave. LaPlata, MD 206460). Funeral services will be held on Tuesday November 28, 2023 at 12:30 PM at the St. Barnabas Episcopal Church (5203 St. Barnabas Rd. Marlow Heights, MD20748). Interment to follow at the Trinity Memorial Gardens (3221 Mattawoman Beantown Rd. Waldorf, MD 20601).
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital (501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105).
