Julia Ann McDaniel's Obituary
Julia "Judy" A McDaniel, 80, of Cheltenham, Maryland, passed away August 26, 2022 at her home.
Born on March 10, 1942, in Washington, DC. Julia was the daughter of the late Adam Foster and Louise Malinda (Suthard) Werner. In addition to her parents, she was proceeded in death by her brother Jack Lee Werner (Allona) and her son Francis John McDaniel (Cindy).
Julia worked for OPM, in Washington, DC for 34 years. She was a member of Christ Mission Ministry Church. Her favorite hobbies were reading, watching old game shows and movies.
Julia is survived by her brother Ernest Fred (Pat) Werner, her son Randy (Karen) McDaniel, her daughters Tammy (Charles) Richards, Tina (William) Rice, Julia McDaniel (Gene), Pam Warner (Jeff), and son Clinton (Kim) McDaniel, a niece Theresa Lynch and a nephew Michael Werner.
Julia had 11 grandchildren, Sarah Wieman, Shannon McDaniel, Francis McDaniel JR., Charles Lee, Krystal Lee, Jesse Rice, Daniel Rice, Brittany McDaniel, Margaret King, Robert Warner, and Mariah Warner, and 9 great grandchildren, Karleigh Lee, Camryn Lee, Madison Webster, Jaycie Lee, Carson Lee, Jameson Allen, Samantha (Franki) Hendrix, Nova Looker, and Milan Warner.
A visitation will be held on September 10, 2022 from 10:00AM-11:30AM at Raymond Funeral Service, 5635 Washington Ave, La Plata, MD 20646. Services will be held on September 10, 2022 at 11:30AM. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens, 3221 Mattawoman-Beantown Road, Waldorf MD 20601.
