Kathyrn Elaine Windsor, 77 of Waldorf Maryland passed on December 14th, 2023. She was the daughter of Elgin and Esther Noack, born in Price Georges County Maryland.
After graduating high school, Kathyrn went to work for maintenance service as an Emergency Operator, where she met her beloved husband, Timothy Windsor.
She enjoyed taking trips to ocean city, and loved the beach.
