Lola Jacquelyn Dunbar's Obituary
Lola Jacquelyn Dunbar of Waldorf, Maryland passed away Saturday, November 26, 2016 at home with Hospice Care, surrounded by those who loved and cared for her.
Born March 6, 1945 in Dayton, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Jesse Ray Jr. and Nancy Rose Dunbar. For the past 21 years, Lola shared a home with her friends Estella Williams and Patsy Grayson. Most recently she welcomed Paula Barnes into her family. Lola was a petite, sweet woman who made friends everywhere she went. She was kind and her soft personality and smile was infectious. Lola had participated in Spring Dell Center’s programs since 1995 and seemed to enjoy her friendships and all of the activities she was able to participate in. She also loved going on vacation with her friends.Lola will be missed by all that were fortunate enough to know her.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 8, 2016 from 10 AM until time for service to begin at 11 AM at Raymond Funeral Service, P.A. 5635 Washington Avenue La Plata, MD 20646.
Interment to follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens in Waldorf, MD.
