Margaret A. Walker's Obituary
Margaret A. Walker, 73, of Pocono Lake, passed away Monday evening, April 27, 2020, at the PAM Specialty Hospital of Wilkes Barre, at Wilkes Barre General Hospital, Wilkes Barre.
Born in Washington, D.C. on February 11, 1947, she was a daughter of the late Francis J. and Ann E. (Oliver) Harrigan. Margaret graduated from St. Patrick’s Academy, Washington, D.C., and spent her working career in administration at Children’s Hospital, Washington, D.C. After her retirement Margaret relocated to Pocono Lake.
She was of the Catholic faith and enjoyed gardening and reading. Margaret cherished the time she spent with her children. grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death in addition to her parents, was her brother Thomas P. Harrigan.
Surviving is her husband, Paul R. Walker Sr., of Pocono Lake; son, Paul R. Walker Jr., of Fort Mill, SC; and daughter, Lynn M. Reeder of Concord, NC; 4 grandchildren, Kathleen W. Rogers, Megan K. White, Jennifer L. Causby, and Brady A. Parnell; 7 great-grandchildren, and extended family.
