Mary Ellen Buckler's Obituary
Mary Ellen Buckler, 58, of Churchton, MD, passed away on May 30, 2019 at her residence.
Mary was born on October 21, 1960 in Prince George’s County, Maryland to the late Howard and Laura Hall Miller.
Mary was a bus driver for Prince George’s County Board of Education. She was also an assistant manager at High’s Convenient Store #24, Deale, MD. She enjoyed working and had a strong work ethic. She loved animals and would often take in strays or animals in need of a loving home. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
In addition to her parents she is predeceased by one sister, Jeannie Scopin.
She is survived by her loving husband of over 37 years, Alvin Buckler, Jr.; two sons, Alvin Buckler, III and his companion, Crystal Holesapple and David Buckler; Grand-daughter, Kaylee Holesapple; four brothers, Allen Miller and his wife Linda, Thomas Miller and his wife Theresa, David Miller and his wife Sandy and Frederick Miller and his wife Tammy; two sisters, Mildred Beeman and her husband Gary and Joyce Murphy; brother in-law, Chuck Buckler and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be on Thursday, June 6, 2019 from 2:00 - 4:00 PM and from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Raymond Funeral Service, 5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, MD 20646, where the service will be held on Friday, June 7, 2019 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow the service at Trinity Memorial Gardens, Waldorf, MD.
