Mary E. Gariepy, 96, died July 2, 2026. She was born July 24, 1929. She is survived by daughters Linda Saucedo (Abby), and Cindy Gariepy; grandchildren Laura Downey (Eddie) and Justin Saucedo (Vivian); brother Robert Adams (Ruth) and 2 great grandsons Gabriel and Isaac Downey and twin great granddaughters Victoria and Juliette Saucedo. Numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members. She was preceded in death by her parents George W. and Justeen Adams, siblings George, John and Mae Adams. Husband of 35 years Amos Gariepy, and granddaughter Maria L. Saucedo. Mary was a homemaker. She enjoyed ceramics, sewing, decorating, singing, collecting rocks and angels. She was a member of the Lionness Club, Potomac Heights Leisure Club and attended the Indian Head Nazarene Church her whole life. Her favorite activity was family get togethers. She was a loving and fun person and will be greatly missed. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, July 11, 2026 at 10 AM until time of funeral service at 11:30 AM.
