Mignone Gilroy Walter's Obituary
Mignone Gilroy "Millie" Walter, 89, of White Plains died June 10, 2023.
Millie was the Personnel Manager for the United Way of the National Capital Area for 47 years.
Born May 27, 1934, in Hill Top, MD., daughter of the late Frank Leonard Gilroy and the late Pearl Davis Gilroy.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, John Lindsey Walter.
She is survived by her sisters, Trudy Monroe, Faye (Howard) Wheeler and Sandy (Terry) Linville; 14 nieces and nephews; 25 Great Nieces and nephews and 9 Great-Great Nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Friday, June 16, 2023 from 11:30 AM until time of Service at 12:30 at Raymond Funeral Service, 5635 Washington Ave, La Plata, MD 20646. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens, Waldorf, MD.
