Minnie "Penny" Justis' Obituary
Penny Justis, 84 passed away February 20, 2019. She is survived by her daughters Patsy Welch, Vicki Chandler, Linda Gimmel, and Bobbie Parsons. Grandchildren Chad, Joe, Sandy, Michael, and Tony. Great-grandchildren Caylin, Allyson, Cody, Jarrett, Joey, Lance, Ryan, Nicholas, and Morgan.
She was born on September 10, 1934, in Millport, Alabama. She was truly loved by all. She spent many years managing the Snack Bar at various Golf courses, which she loved doing along with shopping.
She was a Die-Hard Washington Redskins fan and also enjoyed watching Nascar as well as daytime Soap Operas.
The family will receive friends on Monday, February 25, 2019 from 10 AM until time of funeral services at 12 noon at the Indian Head Baptist Church. Interment Trinity Memorial Gardens, Waldorf, MD.
