When he wasn't tinkering with his tools, you could find him hunting, fishing, or target shooting. On weekends, he'd embark on a different kind of treasure hunt at the local farmer/flea markets. Cooking for his family was a true passion, especially when it came to preparing their favorite Maryland crabs and oysters. Noel's legacy lives on through the laughter, love, joy, and kindness he brought to those around him, especially his family. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by his family, relatives, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
