Octavia (Williams) Wills of Brandywine, Md was born on September 5, 1957 in Washington, D.C. to Curtis Williams Sr. and the late JoAnn Delores Palmer-Williams. She departed this life on June 28, 2020.
Octavia is survived by her loving husband of 38 years, John Wills Jr.; her four children John (Sherry), Thalia, Felicia (Josue), and Justin (Phara); eight grandchildren, Josue Jr, Aliyah, Victoria, John IV, Moriah, Montana, Isabel, and Melodee; her father, five sisters, one brother, and a host of nieces and nephews.
