Patricia Laverne Wallace's Obituary
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of beloved wife and mother, Patricia LaVerne Wallace (Mobley), who departed this life on Sunday, June 29, 2025, at the age of 78. She was a source of unwavering love, strength, and grace to all who knew her. Pat or Vernie (as her family would endearingly call her) will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all whose lives she touched. A funeral service to honor her memory will be held on Friday, July 18, 2025, at Alfred Street Baptist Church, with visitation beginning at 10:00 am and funeral services will start at 11:30 am. The repast and burial to follow. An Ivy Beyond the Wall ceremony for sorority members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated will precede the viewing and funeral services at 9:00 am. We invite all who knew and loved her to join us in celebrating her remarkable life.
