Peggy Jean Taylor's Obituary
Peggy Jean Taylor (Age 82) of Solomons, MD loving wife of the late Clyde C. Taylor entered into eternal rest on February 4, 2024.
Born February 8, 1941, in Washington, D.C. She was the daughter of the late William S. Grove and Katherine V. Grove. She was predeceased by her brother Charles E. Grove, Grandmother Billie Roache, her father-in-law Clyde H. Taylor and mother-in-law June C. Taylor, sister-in-law Rheta W. Taylor, and niece Heather M. Taylor. She is survived by a daughter Kim M. Callaway, grandchildren Matthew S. Callaway (Taylor) and Lauren L. Callaway, a son Timothy J. Carter, grandchildren Ana J. Carter, Maria L. Brooks, and seven great-grandchildren, and a brother William S. Grove Jr., (June), and sisters Carol A. Harmon, Barbara J. Padgett (Martin), Brenda V. Padgett (Robert), Kathy L. Thomas (William), Michele D. Forbes, and nephew Nicholas C. Forbes.
We would like to thank the amazing staff at Taylor Farms for their wonderful care and support of our mother and nana during her stay.
A visitation will be held on Friday, February 9, 2024 from 9:00 to 10:00 at Brinsfield Funeral Home, P.A. with a funeral service officiated by Pastor Chris Whetlor at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens, 3221 Mattawoman-Beantown Road, Waldorf, MD 20601.
