Stephen Dudley Grimes' Obituary
Stephen Dudley Grimes, 61, of Benedict, MD, died suddenly on July 30, 2016 at his residence.
Stephen was a graduate of Frostburg State College 1972-1976 Dean’s List. His faith was with Assembly of God and he was also a warehouseman with Nordstrom Retail Stores for 25 plus years. He loved music, sports (Orioles baseball), movies, books, and his cats.
He was the son of Owen Walton Grimes and Sylvia May Oliver Grimes.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his step-mother, Jean Grimes and his sisters, Melody S. Fleming-Harvey, Megan E. Grimes, and Wendy L. Stivers and husband Ben.
Friends received on Friday, August 5, from 10 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 12 p.m. at Raymond Funeral Chapel, 5635 Washington Ave., La Plata, MD 20646. Interment at Trinity Memorial Gardens in Waldorf, MD.
