Thomas Leon Corley's Obituary
Thomas Leon Corley "Red" of La Plata, MD passed away on November 20, 2024 at University of Maryland Charles Regional in Charles County. He was born in Junior West Virginia on August 26, 1938. Son of the late Ralph Corley and Geraldine Swisher Corley.
Thomas is preceded in death by his parents, Cameron (grandson) and wife Sarah Jane Corley.
Survived by wife Geneva Wesley and daughters Libby Funk (John), Dianna Mattern, Sharan Vanasse (Randy), sons Gary Corley (Kandy) and Larry Corley (Aileen). Grandchildren Conrad Thomas, Rachel, Lisa, Jessica, Gabrielle, Krystal, Michael P, Gary Jr, Ashley, Michael J, Ryan and Raegan. Great grandchildren Cohen, Caiden, Addie Jane, Wilder, Winnie, Tom-Tom, Kyla, Callie and Jonathan.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2024 from 10:30 am until time of service at 12:30 pm at Raymond Funeral Service, P.A.,5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, Maryland 20646. Interment is at Trinity Memorial Gardens 3165 Mattawoman Beantown Rd. Waldorf, MD 20601.
Plants and flowers will be appreciated. Also, a donation to the food pantry at Grace Lutheran Church at 1200 Charles St., La Plata, MD, 20646 is requested
