Thomas Jay Ickes, 80, of Waldorf, MD passed away peacefully on December 26, 2025 into the arms of https://Jesus.Tom was born on July 25, 1945 in Pleasantville, https://PA.The son of Glenn and Florence Suter https://Ickes.Tom was a loving husband to his surviving wife,Bonita Ickes. He was a devoted father and Pappy to his children, Matthew (Elizabeth), Phillip (Jalena)and Maria and grandchildren, Keegan,Layla,Aubrey, Annabelle,Liam,Emilia,Caleb,and https://Anelie.Tom graduated from Chestnut Ridge High School and moved to Washington, DC to work. After starting a family in Texas, he returned to DC and retired from the Census Bureau. He enjoyed collecting and refurbishing antiques. Much of his time was dedicated to being a father and then an involved Pappy.
