Veron Leroy Edwards' Obituary
Vernon Leroy Edwards of Suitland, Maryland passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 23, 2024. He leaves to cherish his memory, a loving and devoted wife, Tawanna V. Edwards; two daughters, Shanetta Short (Antoine) and Nicole Edwards; one son, Dwindle Grymes; two sisters, Ruth Lewis (Wendell) and Renee Shivers; one brother, Wayne Edwards; eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 15, 2024 at Matthews Memorial Baptist Church, 2616 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue SE, Washington, DC from 10 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 11 a.m. Interment Trinity Memorial Garden Cemetery Waldorf, Maryland.
