Virginia Ann Welch's Obituary
Virginia Ann Welch, 79, of Lexington Park, Maryland died January 15, 2018 in Leonardtown, Maryland.
She was born to the late Joseph and Marion (Coombs) Jenkins on April 3, 1938 in Bryans Road, Maryland.
Virginia is also preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Johnny Welch, daughter Mary Reid, and brother Frankie Jenkins.
Virginia is survived by her grandchildren Robbie Reed and Bridget Reid, sister Joy Skinner, two nieces, two nephews, two great-nieces and 2 great-nephews.
She was a graduate of Lackey High School in 1956. Virginia loved listening to Blue Grass music, going to the senior citizen center, playing cards, bowling and bingo.
Viewing will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at 10 AM until time of service at 11 AM.
Interment Trinity Memorial Gardens, Waldorf, Maryland.
Pallbearers Jay Jenkins, Rich Lambdin, Lester Barns, Rhody Barns, Joe Skinner and Paul Skinner.
