Warren Douglas Buchanan's Obituary
Warren Douglas Buchanan of Waldorf, MD passed away on December 24, 2024 at his home. He was 66 years old.
Warren was born on August 31, 1958 in Arlington, VA to the late Calvin and Betty (Morgan) Buchanan.
Warren worked multiple professions starting with the Marble Union to the Federal Government and his last 30+ years with Potomac Heights Mutual Homeowners Association as a Maintenance Supervisor. He was a true perfectionist with everything he did, especially in his work. He had a strong work ethic. He also enjoyed taking pride in his yard, keeping it impeccably manicured with beautiful flowers.
He loved being a Dad and PopPop and enjoying time with family. He kept us laughing with his dry sense of humor. He had a big heart and wasn’t just a Dad and PopPop, but was also always there for his loved ones and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Debbie Buchanan Perry.
He is survived by his two daughters, Krystal Buchanan and Tiffany LaBille and husband Jason; Grandson, Dylan Buchanan-DeBernard; Granddaughters Angel Gonzalez-Osorio and husband Kelvin, and Hope LaBille; Great-Grandchildren, August and Ariana Gonzalez-Osorio; Sisters, Cheryl Swaim, Beverly Darst and husband Steve, Carla Curtis and husband Andrew along with many other friends and family.
