William Horace Adams' Obituary
William "Horace" Adams, 63 of La Plata, Maryland died April 30, 2016 at Charles County Hospice House in Waldorf, Maryland.
Horace was an assistant superintendent at Potomac Ridge Golf Club as well as other golf courses for 35 years. His hobbies include fishing, woodworking, activities with the family and Dallas football.
He was the son of George Carroll Adams, Sr. and Rosie Viola Pickeral Adams. In addition to his parents, he is also predeceased by his brother, George Adams, Jr. and his wife, Hilda..
He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Elizabeth "Liddie" Ann Hoffman Adams; his daughter, Patricia Redding and husband Jason; his brothers, Bobbie Adams and wife Doris and Sam Adams and wife Linda; his sisters, Susie Henson and husband Jerrell, Shirley Pickeral and husband Kenneth, and Betty Ann Welch; and his grandchildren, Alexandra Redding and Jason Redding, Jr.
Friends received on Monday, May 9, 2016 from 5-8PM and where Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at 11AM at Raymond Funeral Service Chapel, 5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, Maryland 20646. Interment to follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens, 3221 Mattawoman-Beantown Road, Waldorf, Maryland 20601.
