William Nye Evans Sr.'s Obituary
William “Bill” N. Evans 70 of Waldorf, MD died on January 8, 2014.
He was born on July 2, 1943 in Washington, DC to Isabel M. Evans and the late Woodland R. Evans. He is also predeceased by his brother Ron Evans and sister Lucille Smith.
He is survived by his wife Brenda Evans, son Billy Evans, Jr. (Kelly), daughter Terri Boissonneault (Kevin), brother Bob Evans(Lorraine), sister Margaret Lindamood(Sony), grandchildren Trish Bowling (Derrick), Archie Verdiglione and one on the way William N. Evans, III, great grandchildren Austin, Jackson, Raleigh, mother-in-law Virginia Merry, and brother-in-law Jack Smith.
Bill worked for the Airline Pilots Association (ALPA) for 15 years then going to work for Food Lion for 18 years. He enjoyed swimming, computers and playing pool.
The family will receive friends on Sunday January 12, 2014 from 2 to 5 PM with a funeral service at 4 PM at the Arehart-Echols Funeral Home LaPlata, MD. Interment will be private.
